The 3x3BTSL2023 took place in Korat comprising of 20 international teams, and 7 local teams from the 3×3 Thaileague. The Tour started with the women; this went on from 15th to 16th, then the men were on from the 17th to the 19th– three days of superb play. For the men we had the big giants participating the likely of; Shanghai (CHN), Beijing (CHN), Shoot it dragon (THA), 3×3 Paris (FRA)-the only non-Asian team, luang Prabang (LAO), Platinum (PHI), TNT Triple Giga (PHI) as well.
The tour comprised of the best from China, France, Latvia, Belgium. The unexpected came up, when Luang Prabang (LAO) held the Shanghai (CHN) – the big giants to a 6 – 8, with 3:39 minutes remaining time, this wasn’t expected at all; everyone expected the big giants Shanghai to wallop, the home team like a kid, though this didn’t go as planned Shanghai came in to win the match with 11 – 18.
Another tuff one was the 3×3 Paris (FRA), meeting with Beijing (CHN), they had issues a day earlier with their play and tactics; this could be witnessed by seeing them complain amongst themselves, though no one knows whether it was intentional or not, but it worked in the end beating up 3×3 Paris (FRA), 20 – 22.
Beijing (CHN) wrapped the tour as the champions, followed by Shanghai (CHN) their sister team, followed by 3×3 Paris (FRA) the 3rd place and Shoot it dragon (THA) in the 4th place.
